The founder Ms. K.S. GITA M.A., B.L., M.Phil., is a leading advocate and an eminent industrialist in Coimbatore and Chennai. She has evinced greater interest in the educational development and dedicated herself to the upliftment of the society in various fields. She is a philanthropist and she is offering free education to more than 100 students in Chennai and Coimbatore.
She is also the Chairman and Managing Trustee of J.K.Trust, K.S.G. Charitable Trust, K.S.G.Educational Trust, and J.K.College of Nursing. She is the Managing Director of the following companies: Pioneer Engineering Corporation, Pioneer Alloy Castings Ltd., Pioneer Aqua estates (India) Ltd., and PAN Resorts Ltd. She is the first woman Chairperson of ‘The Institute of Indian Foundrymen, Chennai Chapter’.
My experience in the field of Education is that the place has no passion for education. Highest corruption is in this field. Corruption, demand for money for inspections to give false reports. For accreditation, all bogus details are provided, demand by politicians to supply girl students for making them happy, if we refuse, those institutions are penalized, this is what is happening in this so-called industry.
For me, being the correspondent is a great responsibility. Being a gold medalist from the Madras University, education is a temple of learning for me, so we from our institution return the entire tuition fees of students who secure a university rank, in order to help the poor students to pursue higher education. Our philosophy is to help economically backward children to get a quality education. I am emotionally attached to the well being of my students.
Dr. Pavithra Thaminaar is working as the Secretary of KSG College of Arts and Science. A practicing Medical Physician, she has graduated from Sri Ramachandra Medical College & Research Institute. She proceeded to the United States of America and completed her residency in Internal Medicine. As a Board Certified Internist, she served with leading Research & Multi-Specialty Hospitals in New York / USA. A doctor with immense knowledge and experience. A fountain of inspiration and leadership.
I started off with my interaction with students in my residency itself as I was the chief resident in my final year and so we had to take an active part in teaching the students and guiding them. The best thing about the education industry is you get to change or shape the future of these children. I feel like when I was in school I did not have many teachers to look up to and I always felt like I need to be that person that I did not have in my life. In my point of view, this industry is very gratifying and there is some sort of moral satisfaction. It is not like a monetary benefit, it is more of a moral and a social benefit as it feels like you are doing a social service. This makes me feel complete.
The Vice Principal of our college Dr. M. BASKARAN is an academician with more than 17 years of experience in the field of education and administration. Has been associated with the growth and development of the college from the day he has set foot in the KSG premises in the year 2006. With the guidance of the college management and the assistance of the college committees he has propelled the college to higher levels and still paving pathway to achieve more and soar high.
He was appointed as the Assistant Professor and he is currently contributing to the educational institution as the Vice Principal of the college. He has been focusing on sustaining and developing the academic excellence of the college and building an effective teaching and research environment.
The ample experience and expertise gained by him both in academics and as an efficient administrator will certainly enable the institution to add more feathers to the cap and keep the flag of KSG Educational institution flying high.

Dr.Nagarajan Munusamy, a doctorate in Computer Science has over 17 years of academic experience in various renowned educational institutions and seven years of Industrial experience in reputed software companies across India. The rich experience in the field of research has enabled him to guide and produce research scholars.
The strength of the institutional head lies in the ability to foresee and solve rising issues quickly and efficiently, the excellent management, administrative skills and effective communication.
Well versed in the research and academic field, his experience has earned him a position as the Board of Study member in various college in Computer Science and the Chief Examiner for Bharthiar University and autonomous institutions.
Contributions to the growth of the academic institutions as the Coordinator of NAAC ,Research and Development and being an auditor for the Internal Quality Assurance are highly appreciable. A major role is played by him in the IT related works in the college campus.
He has produced 6 Phds and 9 M.Phil scholars. Chairing numerous International and National level conferences and Editorial Member and Reviewer of various International Journals. He has also published many research papers in high reputed international journals like IEEE, Springer , etc.,
