Voluntary blood donation project was initiated during the year 2003. Its aim is to donate blood to the patients in an emergency situation. Every year it conducts blood donation camp and blood grouping camp to the students. Nearly 800 hundred volunteers are available in our college. They donate blood and save lives on day to day basis.All the students are welcome to join the club; at present 500 students are members of the club.

The National Service Scheme (NSS) is a programme organized by the ministry of education and youth services of the government of India to offer opportunities and training in service to the community and the nation for students with an aptitude.

This has been designed to involve young people as much as possible in the movement and its activities not only as workers and also as beneficiaries, but as partners in management.
