KSGCAS has started a Help Desk in the main building nearest to Administrative and Principal Office with a proper name board with separate phone connection. The help desk consist of 5 experienced staff members in different field and a Nodel Officer Dr.N.Ranjith. with inter come extension number 203.
Help Desk members are the bridge the communication gap between parents, students, teachers, and the institution through receiving and tracking grievances and information. The information related to the staus can be updated from help desk and provide the guidance to escalate the issues or information incase there is no sufficient solutions.
